Problem updating from 5.2.0 to more recent versions

I can't update my currently installed version 5.2.0 to any newer version, I always get a Joomla error message "Error whilst updating components" / "Copy file failed". Could you please give a hint what to do?

1. yes, everything besides the configuration.php is writeable

2. tried it via the normal Joomla update, when this wasn't working I also tried it via Extensions - Install, both ways same result.

Everything's looking fine in these folders, permissions set to 755 as for all other component folders.

Solved - thank you very much for your hint!

In a few folders under the components/com_jshopping/files folder were some files with an incorrect owner (folders img_categories, img_products, pdf_orders). So there must be an update to any of those folders which caused the issue.
