Free attribute type upload - nowhere found in orders

Hi to all,

we have installed and enabled the free attribute type upload to products.
For example here https://www.gardenlabelling.co.uk/shop/engraved-garden-labels/100x100mm-engraved-plant-label
So, the customer can upload a file in jpeg,jpg,gif,png,pdf.

The current issue is, when checking the folder in FTP /components/com_jshopping/files/addonuploadfile, it is empty. The uploaded file is nowhere to be found, on server nor in the orders in the backend.

I also noticed, that the uploaded file is not visible in my cart when proceeding to checkout.
What did I miss here?

Disable ajax cart

Addon not works with ajax

I disabled the ajax cart module and did manual checkout. I added some image to the order and the image was still not uploaded, nor it was even stated somewhere in the back-end order or in the email I got when I finished it.

So, this issue is still open. Please help here further.
