They said that ]ie_id has nothing to do with them.

Isen't a problem in joomla 5.0.2 ??
I have try to use PHP 8.1,PHP 8.2,PHP 8.3 still same problem
or were must I/they look to solve for this issue?

One.com com has a varnish rule on URL’s only for ie , it works fine for ?%69%65(ie) it doesn't make any sense..
I have a very, very long email discussion with them at first they didn't admitted the problem and blamed it on Joomla
I made this php file (<?phpinfo();), and it easy to see were it went wrong.

They had solve the issues now, so now i can use the Universal CSV Import 4.16.0 :-)
