Having nothing but problems with paypal!

[PARTIALLY SOLVED] Having nothing but problems with paypal!

pm_paypal won't complete orders
pm_paypal_express doesn't work either as I can't get keys for it from paypal (I just bought it too earlier today)

All I want is to put in an email address and orders just work, but they don't.
Payment goes through on paypal, but the order is never marked as paid so it's indefinitely pending

Paypal Express works

The stock paypal plugin doesn't. But we only needed one of them to work
