Product Zoom Addon not working

Hello,
I tested all possible versions for my setup (Joomla 3.10, Joomshopping 4.18.7) namely versions 1.0.3 / 1.0.4 / 1.0.5 / 1.1.1 / 1.1.2, but on the live-site it's not working and I get this error:

0 - count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given

Any idea what might be the problem?
