unicsvimport - limit of import?

Is there an limit to import products / categories with unicsvimport? Because, i´ve exporte more than 1.000 products with unicsvexport from old shop, but only 300 products will be imported to new shop... Where is the rest? How can I import the rest?

Ok, no limit - but a the 300st Product in csv causes the error, and stop import:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near 'Oréal Professionnel' AND category_parent_id='0' ...' at line 2

Name " L'Oréal Professionnel " the Problem?

I don't understand. How to get the fields identical between import and export CSV? Export has 53 rows. Import 47 rows. It´s possible to change "Field name to CSV" but "field" in the column before don´t change. Different Fields = wrong import, or?

import by field name in csv or by line number? because line numbers are different. thats what i mean. example attribute export line 32. attribut input line 31. line 32 in import = freeattributes. if csv import according to lines the imported content would be wrong

What is your task. =
import as much as possible content from the old in the new shop. and correctly if it possible

1. create copy your old shop

3. update shop

All data Shop (DB shop) -> in new joomshopping version.

use phpmyadmin for copy table (_jshopping_...)

Ok, i try it. I didn't know that nothing had changed in the database. Great :) This method should also be used to take over all customers incl. login data , right?

The database has some minor changes.

But this is how you get all the data from the old store.

For users (login) need copy tables joomla:
_users
_user_usergroup_map

ok but i understand you right, that doesn't cause any problems simply importing the old database content tables (_jshopping_...) into the new database despite these only small changes

thanks for the help with the user logins

Yes.
Only after
1. create copy your old shop
2. update Joomla
3. update shop

after update your databse compatible with New version Joomshopping
your can copy table manual.
(Try - only after backup / copy your website)

Í´m not sure, before I try. You mean?
- Maindomain shop.com (Joomla 3.9 / Joomshopping 4.16.x and newer) (existing install)
- Subdomain test.shop.com (Joomla 4 / Joomshopping 5.x and newer) - (fresh install - relaunch)
- directly import database tables (_joomshopping_ and _user_) from shop.com to test.shop.com ?

possible, or not?

or is this the right way?

-first backup shop.com to onother subdomain example new.shop.com
—>> then update new.shop.com to Joomla 4 —> update new.shop.com to Joomshopping 5.x
—> now import database content (_joomshopping_ and _user_) from new.shop.com to test.shop.com

Aw: unicsvimport - limit of import?

It´s easier said than done. Try to update my Backup from Joomla 3.9 to 4. But after update the site is complete dead.

I can't even get to the joomshopping update step.

I also tried onother way to upgrade:

1. complete new install Joomla 3.9
2. Install Joomshopping 4.18.8
3. Import complete Database from Old Site
4. Update Joomla
5. Update Joomshopping to 5.x
6. Export complete Database (now Joomla 4 ready)

After that i had imported the following two database-tables to new Shop:
- _jshopping_categories
- _jshopping_products

that has worked so far. But only in Backend all Products and Categories with right IDs are here after that step. In Frontend no Categorie an Products displayed.

I think other database tables are needed for the frontend. Which tables should export so that all products and categories are really exported successfully to the new shop (elementarily required tables)?

I don't want to import all _jshopping_ tables from old shop , because after that i get following error: Unknown column 'addon_prod_availability_custom_status' in 'field list' and Site is dead.
