Calculate for state/weight/price

Hi, I bought this extension, but I have a problem when I tried to add more than 122 conditions, the extension just exit and doesn't save the condition #123, there is a way to save more than 122 conditions? I have to set a lot of conditions because the shipping company has diferent prices for all cities and the weight range is very extense like 0.1kg - 1kg = $1 .... 10kg - 11kg = $10 ... until 50kg, but the price is different for all cities and in my country we have 1118 cities.
