From august the plugin can't connect to the xpay service. When someone try to confirm the order he's redirected in the same page with this error: Error Status Failed. Order ID 93 The plugin worked well from june to august. Please help me, our customers can't purchase items  |

I already contacted the xpay support, bu told me that everything is ok on their side. I also contacted our hosting provider and everything is fine. When i tried to purchase an item i could not reach the xpay page, and i was immediately redirected on the checkout page. This is very strange because it worked perfectly from june to August, and then suddenly stopped. Is it possible that could be a license issue? Or a security issue? |
