If a customer pays via Paypal Express (3.2.8) even though the minimum order value has not been reached, he will not receive an error message. He will be redirected to the payment page without any problems. The payment will only be canceled later.
It would be important, if an error message is displayed immediately, as the customer would be left angry, after it was aborted.
I have set the mimimun order value in the plugin, but it's the same problem.
