How can users pay after order is placed? For example, ask price. Then how to pay?

This is what i have:
product abc, cost xx,xx€. Client place order, payment method offline (IBAN) or paypal/credit card.
order status pendent. payment received, order status paid. then shipped, and finish. all good here.

what i need:
product xyz, cost 0€ (client ask fr price when order is placed) with status price asked.
when admin has price, edit order and place the new price( 0€ to xx,xx€) and new order status is placed "pendent" and client is notified, but to make payment is too late. i can just place info text in order, there's no way to go to order so can make payment from there with new price

or there is?
