Calculate for state/weight/price add-on error

Hello,

I just bought this extension and installed it. Everything went smooth until we go to setup the shipping prices. It gave me error:

"count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given"

Please help.

FYI: I also have the States tax add-on installed in the same system.
