Hallo,
ich habe folgende Schwierigkeit. Es geht um ein neues EU-Gesetz welches zum 01.07.2021 bei meinem Kunden im Shop greifen sollte. Hintergrund ist, dass die Umsatzsteuer/Mehrwertsteuer vom Empfängerland (z.B. Dänemark) auf der Rechnung ausgewiesen werden muss. Ich habe dazu mir bereits ein/zwei Plugins von Joomshopping geholt und es lösen können, dass z.B. wenn der Kunde sich angemeldet hat, die richtige Mehrwertsteuer auf dem Produkt ausgewiesen wird. Ich halte diese Lösung aber für weniger praktikabel, denn zunächst sieht z.B. ein dänsischer Kunde den Brutto-Preis mit der deutschen Mehrwertsteuer (19%). Packt sich der Kunde nun seinen Artikel in den Warenkorb und registriert sich, wählt sein Land Dänemark aus, wird dann im letzten Schritt die Mehrwertsteuer von Dänemark mit 25% angegeben und der Preis ist dadaurch einfach teuerer. Der Shop läuft also Gefahr, den Kunden zu verlieren, da als Ausgangspreis ein Preis mit falscher Mehrwertsteuer angezogen wurde. Ich denke nun also darüber nach, wie man das Problem lösen kann und wäre für jeden Tipp dankbar.
Ich habe mir z.B. überlegt, ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt, dass der Kunde im Shop gefragt wird, woher er kommt, damit die Preise mit dem richtigen Mehrwertsteuersatz angezeigt werden. Alternativ dachte ich auch darüber nach, dass im Grunde genommen immer eine Standard-Warenkorbposition erzeugt wird, die am Ende in Abhängigkeit des Herkunftslandes mit einer Auslandsgebühr (Mehrwertsteuer Ausland - Mehrwertsteuer Deutschland) ausgewiesen wird. Bsp. für Dänemark: POS 1-X Gesamter Einkaufswert = 10 EUR inkl. 19% Mwst. Zusatzposition Auslandsgebühr = 0,60 EUR (25% - 19% = 6% der Gesamten Warenkorb-Summe von 10 EUR)
Vielleich hat ja jemand noch eine Idee oder es existiert ein Plugin, welches so umgebaut werden kann.

I have the following difficulty. It's about a new EU law which should take effect in my customer's shop on July 1st, 2021. The background to this is that the sales tax / sales tax from the recipient country (e.g. Denmark) must be shown on the invoice. For example, I thought about whether there is a possibility that the customer in the shop is asked where he is from, so that the prices are displayed with the correct VAT rate. Alternatively, I also thought about the fact that basically a standard shopping cart item is always generated, which is shown at the end depending on the country of origin with a foreign fee (VAT abroad - VAT Germany). Example for Denmark: POS 1-X total purchase value = 10 EUR incl. 19% VAT. Additional item foreign fee = 0.60 EUR (25% - 19% = 6% of the total shopping cart sum of 10 EUR)
Maybe someone still has an idea or there is a plugin that can be modified in this way.
