purchased user import - but getting a 500 error

I am moving contacts (users) from joomla Version 1.7.2 (joomshopping Version 3.2.7) to joomla Version 3.0.3 (joomshopping Version 4.1.0).

I purchased the user import and export. I am getting a 500 error after import (please see screen grab)

I am doing tests on another url I hope this will not affect the Addon Import User CSV domain request?

Will the export work if i am testing on development server demo.xxx.com?

Hi,

I have sent a private message with users.CSV file attached.

After the import of user.CSV and error..i was unable to login to joomla3 admin. As your script converted all my users to Registered users(2) so my super user were changed in user_usergroup_map.

Before I import users.CSV... How do I set id in CSV so i don't get error?

You had previously asked me for "Example CSV?" which i have sent you via private message?

Also, in my last email you mentioned "Not set id in csv" I said i don't know what this means or how to fix?

I bought the import and export plugin thinking it would be varely automated?
