hello i just bought the attribute import extension form you guys but or is not working or i dont know how to use that, i started trying to add a simple attribute every time i add something it says Complete but theres nothing on the product im attaching some images for you to understand

Im not using all attributes i just have them there cause i have 500 products with different types of attributtes but im having a lot of problems with joomshhopping if i try to add manually the attributs doesnt save, and i dont know how to use this application, could you please connect to skype and teach me how to use it

men how did you create that file, i cant edit it is working but if i change something using excel stop working, im using a mac what it could be?
