1. I can't download Universal CSV Export Key Download Order number: 07-KH-102309
It comes up with the message: Number downloads of file is restricted
What to do?

2. I have downloaded the webpage and database to XAMMP name: reska_dk I can't use my universal CSV Export here, what to do?
Need to update to joomla 4 or 5
