Joomshopping Import / Export: Backup - does this work with Joomla 4?

Hello,

I updated my old website to Joomla 4 and the JS to version 5.

I set up a new demo site (also with Joomla 4 and JS 5. This demo site shall replace the "old website" then.

So can I use the extension "Joomshopping Import / Export: Backup" for exporting all shop data (incl. users, products, orders etc) from the "old website" to the new one (is it Joomla 4 compatible?) - and how do I have to do it.

2. Update joomla => 4.2
3. Update joomshopping

Thx but how can I move all my old data (users, orders, products, etc.) to a new build Joomshopping shop on the new website?

For the users and their orders be exported (and then imported in the database of the completely new website).

And after that are the users able to watch their past orders (from the old store), even if products have to be added again in the new store (with new IDs etc.)?
