we have bought an addon 3rd item as a gift. It works fine, but when somebody buys the same thing 2 pieces the second piece has the same price and not 0.

How to set it up?

Yes, we have checked the checkbox include for gift. And it works with two different items (the cheaper is free). But when we put the same product 2 pieces then there is full price and not only half.

Yes that would be fine, when I put two pieces of the same bike in my cart, the second one looks like it's free, but if I add another bike to my cart that is cheaper, the first product that has two pieces will be charged as one piece and the second (different) bike will also be free.

Great! It almost works, except when I put two items in my cart of the same bike, it splits it into two items and both have a price, instead of one being free and the other being paid.
