Plugin Search not finding by product EAN

Plugin Search not finding by product EAN

Hello,
we use Plugin Search (5.0.2) to find shop products in joomla search. Works great.

Unfortunately it does not find a product when the search term is the product ean.

Is it possible to change that?

Aswering my own question:
Now I put the ean into Meta Description, there it gets indexed.
We Don't use Meta Description and it's not automatically populated.

UPDATE jshopping_products
SET `meta_description_de-DE` = CONCAT( 'Artikelnummer ', product_ean );
