In backend, when changing order status, there is a field for a comment and 2 checkboxes to tick "Inform customer" and "Include comment". However, later in the history you can no longer see whether the comment was sent to the customer or not, because there is only a green tick. I would like a tick or an "X" for "Customer informed" and the same again for "Comment sent". |
