Helix error message... blocked from site for 15min

Hello

I tried to change our site logo using helix.
System -> Site Template Styles -> shaper_helixultimate - Default -> Template options -> tab Basics -> Logo

I received an error message: 403 We detected that your latest request may have been part of suspicious activity and has ben blocked. If you believe you are getting this message in error please let us know through our site's contact form.
The back-end and front-end was then blocked for everyone for 15 min. When trying to enter front end or back end the following message displayed:
You have been blocked for 15 minutes due to faild login attempts. Please check your login details and try again.

There were login details entered so we are confused why this is happening when all we want to do is make some slight changes to our website.....

Any help would be much appreciated!

Not Joomla / JoomShopping problem.

I think you have a special plugin installed for this.

You can go to FTP and look at the plugins folder.


- rename plugin folder for disable (you need to know what you are doing)
