I press: CHECKOUT
For address details: NEXT
Click NEXT again
And then I get an error message

The error you show there is indeed an error in the code, with a PHP array value that is not mentioned in the code so that it cannot be used and therefore gives this error. A programmer would even have to check this to be able to solve this, unfortunately we cannot solve this.
According to the warning in the logs, something is wrong in the file "WebClient.php" on line 387. You can find this file on the FTP at domains/lager-techniek.eu/public_html/libraries/vendor/joomla/application/src/Web/WebClient.php
