Remove content from mail

When an order is placed, a mail is sent to the buyer.
This is an overview of personal credentials and an overview of the products and a total price.

- Is it possible to remove the status (like completed / refunded ..)
- Is it possible to remove this price ?

Or just in general, where is it possible to edit the lay-out and/or style of this email and decide which content is shown and which is not.
