TAX ID UID Beschriftung ändern

Hey
Would it be possible to add something like "only for companies within the EU" or in German "nur für Firmen innerhalb der EU" to the field of the TAX ID /UID to all fields when collecting customer data (registration and checkout). I have customers who keep filling the field although they are not a company...and now I added the Check tax plugin, they are even more confused.

One small thing:
Is there a way to change "Kundentyp" so something easier to understand? And to have "Privatkunde" as the default?
