Hi, I have 3 extension that don't work.

-All extension are update, I tried deleting them and reinstalling them
-The message "Please enter license key" appears for everyone but the key is ok

the 3 components are not working yet, only the warning in the frontend is gone

in the backend I always have warnings and requests for:
Please enter license key (Catalog)
Please enter license key (ASK QUESTION)
Please enter license key (Addon product shipping)
(but I entered the keys)

and there are no boxes in the single product for ASK A QUESTIONe and USE AS CATALOG
