Not able to install plugin "Delivery address in pdf order"

Since updating to Joomla 4.3.4 (from 3.10), the addon "plg_pdforderdeliveryadress_2.1.0" can no longer be installed.
Everything goes smoothly during installation, but the plugin is then nowhere to be found or activated. Anything else works fine.

Everything back: Now I found update information about the plugin under “Extensions: Manage” (Erweiterungen überprüfen).
From there it could be installed/updatet and it works.
