Try to update to 4.16 and higher

Hello,
my clients website uses Joomshopping since years.
I checked the current version in the Joomshopping component in "About us" and it says 4.15.1.
I cannot update to 4.16 because Joomla Update does not have the update source Joomshopping and I cannot download it because there is no download file.
If I go in the backend to Extensions > Manage and search for Joomshopping it says version 4.4.2 from 09.04.2014.
I am totally confused.
Is it now version 4.4.2 or 4.15.1? See attached screenshots.
And how do I have to upgrade to current 5.x version? Is there a detailled description somewhere?

Aw: Try to update to 4.16 and higher

1. Create backup File / Database.

2. download Joomshopping 4.18.9

Use Joomla -> install Joomshopping 4.18.9 (Joomshopping updated to 4.18.9)

3. update Joomla to 4
update Joomshopping to 5
update all module / plugin ...
