Joomshopping not working after Update (Joomla to 4.2.8 and JShopping 5.1.2)

After Updating my Joomla from 3.x to 4.2.8 and also updating JShopping to 5.1.2 the whole webpage works, but not the shop anymore..
Users online got a 404 when visiting the shop menu item (https://www.kaesereitrachsel.ch/bestellung) but also the backend of this component didnt work anymore, it only told the following when trying to click on category or another menuitem of the component:
Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten.
0 Undefined constant "_MONDAY"

I tried to deactivate/reactivate or to reinstall the newest version.. both didnt work, after that, i deactivated all addons and plugins from joomshopping, than it worked again in the backend.. So I updated the addons.. Now i had reactived them and the shop as well as most of the backend seems to work again..

But:
- Everything in backend and frontend seems to be empty (no products, configurations, etc), it looks like a new shop.. But I still see all the entries in the DB in phpmyAdmin...
- When clicking an Components/Joomshopping/Options I still get an error:
Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten.
0 Undefined constant "_JSHOP_RESIZE"

Can u help me get back my configured working shop with all its products, done orders, and and..?

After update - need update all addon / plugin.

After delete shop - all data will deleted.

Well, I think I did update all the plugins..
And the data is still in the db, but not in backend visible.

Is there a possibility, that you can have a look at it and solve it? Maybe like paid support?

Thanks for helping with that, I missed that one..

But still, the whole shop is empty, even if everything is still in phpMyAdmin in the tables.. How do I get the whole shop back? I didn't delete it, so this shouldn't have happened..

It would be a crazy lot of work to configured everything again and also all orders and user histories would be missing.

I did not delete the data, as I said, db is still available. Therefore I don't know what a backup would bring.

So, no possibility to help? Even paid?
