Update from JS 4.x to 5.x (Joomla 3.10 to 4.x)

Hello together,

I am currently trying to plan an update for a client from Joomla 3.x to Joomla 4.x. It is currently running JS 4.x and of course then needs to upgrade to JS 5.x.

Is there an addon which is able to implement a backup of JS (with products, images, attributes, customers, sales, etc.)? Or how should one proceed?
