Not clear if 4.15.1 -> 4.16.0 update is safe

What I understand is that 4.15.1 -> 4.16.0 update should be made by downloading fresh Joomshopping 4.16.0 from https://www.webdesigner-profi.de/joomla-webdesign/joomla-shop/downloads.html?lang=en
Then enter Joomla Extensions->Manage->Install and install like NEW Joomla extension. Right?

I will not lose my data? All payments settings, delivery settings, productc, commnents, orders... will be protected?

When the new Joomshopping is working next updates will be done this way or in old manner (from Joomshopping menu)?

I have to say I am a bit confused as well. How do I do the new update? What will it affect?

Not delete product / orders ....

All file will be updated.
