Joomshop update (4.16.0) Error Saving in Database

I have updated my site to newest version. When checking out after logging in as returning customer I get error with message
"Error by Saving in Database", after name and address info. Database check says all is fine. Hope you can let me know what to do.

Update: Restored site. Now I get this error as well, not prior. Please help this is urgent. This happens now on all sites with 4.15.1 or 4.16.0 (about 4 sites)

1. All Cache NEED disable.

All Cache is disabled in Joomla or cache related plugins.

Problem Persists!!

Is IP ....114 yours? I got a block on this address during save. I have unblocked it.

Problem in admintools.
After disable works.

Try configuration:
'enable edit user '

Or

disable admintools.

Indeed when I disable Admintool it is fine.

When it is on now i get error Access Denied, is this error message from Joomshopping?

I found another ticket that solved the issue. in Admin Tool allow front end signin by superuser!
