Order "Not Finished"

Scenario 1

Checkout → Payment
A new "unfinished" order is created.

If the customer cancels the payment, closes the browser, or a payment error occurs,
the order remains unfinished.

Scenario 2

Checkout → Payment
A new "unfinished" order is created.

If the payment is successful,
the order becomes finished and its status changes to Paid (or Open, depending on configuration).

Scenario 3

Checkout → Payment
A new "unfinished" order is created.

If the customer clicks Cancel or is redirected back to the shop after a payment error,
they return to the shop checkout page.

If a significant amount of time has passed (according to the Joomla session configuration),
the shopping cart may be cleared automatically.
