Shipping costs (cart) etc are not always calculated correctly.
For example, I select my billing country
and then a different delivery address, choosing a different country.
So far, everything works fine.
However, if I deactivate the different delivery address again, the shopping cart, shipping costs, etc., are no longer updated.
In principle, the shopping cart and shipping costs should always update when selecting a different delivery address, whether yes or no, not only when I change the delivery or billing country.
