Addon Export User CSV does not work

Hi,

I bought and tried to use the "Addon Export User CSV" 2.6.0 - with my Joomla 3.10.11 - when I go to Options -> Import / Export -> then clicking on Export -> an then try to download the file it does not work - the download just stops and does not finish. What might be the problem? I need to expot my users to import them then into a 4.2.4 version,

I just recognized that the users have been imported with mistakes...

I exported in J3.10.11 to J4.2.4

The users can login but then when an imported user clicks on his data to change I get this error:
42S02, 1146, Table 'd03b1fa4.kpkcv_acym_user' doesn't exist

And we he clicks on his "orders" he gets the orders of a completely different person!

How to solve?

I don't understand why not use update Joomla (why transfer data).

I need to transfer the user data - and all shop data from a website to a complete new done one...

So I have to export /import all shop data (incl. user) and when the new website runs fine I will let it replace the old one on the old url :)

That is the reason.

Create backup.
Copy old shop - update -> ALL data already in new shop....

So I first make it PHP 8 in J3.10.11, right?!

Then I update the J3.10.11 toi J4.2.4 (or 4.2.5)

Then I install the new J4 Joomshopping component and all moduls and plugins

If everythings works then -> how do I copy all shop files from website a to website b? Because website b has all new things I wanted it to have - website b just needs the shop incl. all data of website a...

I just updated the old site and component to the newest versions - J4 and JS 5.1.1 - so now how to export users and their orders?

Using the "addon export user csv" - and then import this file with the "addon import user csv"? Is that all or do I have to think of something else?
