Questions Import / Export: Update stock / price

I think this addon would be a good choice if employees should change prices or stock quantities without changing other product details, right?

Some questions before buy:


1. Add categorie before export possible, or allways ALL products export?
2. Price: Change OLD price (via csv) also possible (after change increase in recommended retail price from supplier)
3. nothing else changed except price or quantity? (for example if accidentally change or delete the product name in the csv from the employee)

ok. perhaps you can add the functions 1 and 2? Because it´s really helpfully, also for other users. We have often price changes from our suppliers, that changed old prices (UVP). working with csv saves much time instead to edit all products individually.

to your 3 answer: what happens, if the editor make a mistake and delete a line in the export csv and import it again? will subsequent products then be overwritten with incorrect prices?

ok, thanks, this are good news! But i don´t understand the logic of export. But please but look for yourself, this are product exports with attributes stock:

Example 1
Stock is 162, export ist 1620000

or
Example 2
Stock is 11, export is 11.2

I used Google Tabellen. Also for all other exports. With all other export works perfekt, but why dosn´t it works with it? I don´t won´t another Tool like Excel, OpenOffice or...

Following problem:

1. With OpenOffice stocks with endlessly (+) are 0.00? Is stock really 0 (edit 0.00 to 0) after import also endlessly not 0. mean: out of stock not possible

edit: after import with Open Office edit endlessly stock is 0 (not available!)

2. And Main-Product with Attributes is displayed total stock in List, possible to hide main product if attributes present?
i think, this is confused, sorry

3. If delete by mistake main Product stock, the totals stock of product list is wrong

Great, thank you - with category perfekt :) ! Edit with OpenOffice Calc is working. But follwing bug:

Change from quantity number (for example 12) to + (endlessly) works though but not back from + (endlessly) to quantity number. After that, Stock is still endlessly.

And hope farther for additional column "OLD Price" in Export Price.

Found Bug: After import Prices produts with Addons have wrong Stock in Productlist

Example:
Product A:
Attribute 1: Price 11.35
Attribute 2: Price 15.1

Products in Stock 26.45 (Productlist). the prices for the number of items are added up in the stock-field.

But Stock in Product Attribute is right.

I hope this doesn't affect other functions.

* Addition:

I did more tests! apparently ,,just" a cosmetic bug. After placed an order with the affected product, the stock is corrected again to correct value on the product overview page.

Nevertheless it would be good if this bug would be corrected.
