I did not find how to request a prepayment from a total sum of the basket? For example: if my cart exceeds 100 € I want a deposit of 30 €. Is it possible with this addon?

Does this addon allow me to display a multicriteria choice? For example for a cake: chocolate and / or vanilla, and / or strawberry etc ...?
