I once bought from you a "Cross-selling/Up-selling/Recommended" addon.

The addon is good and I recommend it to everyone!

Please, could you add automatic display of frontend tabs in Cross-selling / Up-selling / Recommended products if there are products from different categories in the Cross-group?

It should be like this: if the Cross-group has products from different categories, then the site (frontend) in the Cross-group should automatically display tabs with the names of the categories in which certain goods are in this group, and the products should be automatically sorted into corresponding tabs. Tab names should automatically display the names of the categories to which the products belong.

But if in the Cross-group all products will be from the same category, then the tabs should not be displayed. Tabs should only be displayed if there are products from different categories in the Cross-group. Tab name = the name of the categories in which the goods are located.

Thus, it will be easier for the user to navigate in the "Cross-selling / Up-selling / Recommended" products that are offered to him on the product page and in the shopping cart.

Now the products from different categories are displayed in mixed order.
It's badly perceived, because the goods are not distributed into automatic tabs with category names.


Usability: it would be much more convenient, especially if there are a lot of goods from different categories.

In the settings of each cross-group, you can add an option (checkbox) "Sort on the site by tabs" ("Сортировать на сайте по вкладкам").

a) If the option in a particular cross-group is enabled - automatic tabs in this group will be displayed on the site (frontend) if there are at least two categories of goods in the cross-group.

b) If, with the option turned on, all products in the cross-group belong to the same category, then in this case the products in the cross-group should be displayed without tabs (as is now in the appendix).

c) But if the option is not enabled - the products in the group will be displayed without tabs, as is now in the addon, even if the group has products from different categories.

Please, can you add automatic tabs (according to the principle described above) to the new version of this addon?

I tested this version and noticed that products are not sorted into categories. For example, I have now added to the cross-group 9 products from different categories: 3 blouses, 3 shorts, 3 trousers. On the website in the cross-group tabs of categories appeared, but in all the tabs only trousers were displayed, since they were loaded last, and the rest of the products are not displayed in the cross-group, when there are tabs.

Check and correct it, please.



2. When tabs don't fit in one row, they are transferred to the next line. Make the green lower border not overlap the tab below. Please indent for tabs that move to another row. Make it so that the tabs located on the top do not overlap the tabs under them.



3. Why does a dotted stroke appear around the tab when selecting a tab? Is it possible to make it not appear?

But why in the cross-groups in the products doesn't display a short description and why the status from the addon "Availability status" is not displayed?

Can you add a short description and "Availability status" (as in the list of products)?

I also use on the site addon Product Popup. Why are the products not automatically displayed in the cross-group? Why is the first tab in the cross-group not active by default, and why don't CSS styles work, as in the basket page?



Fix it too, please.

1. Could you add the option "Sort products by category" for Related products in Joomshopping?
This should work on the same principle as in the “Cross-selling” addon.
Or, if possible, add such an option to the “Cross-selling” addon so that the same sorting also applies to related products.



2. Could you add to the "Cross-selling" addon the option "Sort categories" alphabetically (A - Z), because it is now less clear according to what logic the category tabs are sorted in cross-groups? If the administrator enables this option, the product categories in the cross-group (category tabs) on the site will automatically be displayed in alphabetical order.
