Product price for User Group - Combination general group discount

The "Product price for User Group" does not work in combination with the standard group discount.
The normal group discount will not be charged once the addon is installed.
We need a standard group discount and in addition the possibility to assign own group prices.

For example:
Group always gets 20%, regardless of the product price.
Some products get a separate price via "Product price for User Group".
However, the 20% discount should be given.

If the addon is installed, the standard discount does not work for any product anymore. Then you have to use the addon for each product. But that should not be so.

Any idea? We need both functions. The addon and the default group discount.

After login, certain groups receive a fixed discount on products in the shop. How can I exclude certain products from this discount? This is certainly not only necessary for us.

Example:
Group A receives a discount of 10% after login.
Product IDs 10 and 11 should be excluded from this discount.
How can I implement this?

In this case, "Product price for User Group" would have to remain independent of the standard discount. The standard discount may only be given if no separate "Product price for User Group" is set. I think that was the case before. It would make sense to create the setting in the addon whether standard discounts should also be applied to "Product price for User Group" or not.
What do you think? This is a little bit tricky :-D

...Your original version, where the group discount does not apply to "Product Price for Usergroup", has therefore already been correct. But the combination group discount and addon didn't work. Once the addon is installed, the group discounts no longer worked. After your update, the group discount will also be applied to products with "Product Price for Usergroup". But that doesn't make sense. Otherwise you would not define your own group prices. Here I had with my first post a thinking error. It should be like this:

- Group discount applies to all products
-> As a possible additional option it would be useful to be able to exclude certain product IDs.
- Group discount does not apply if "Product Price for Usergroup" is set for products.

Then everything works correctly.

In the settings of the addon, however, an option could be added to use standard discounts for group prices as well. But this is not really necessary.

Hmmm...in my test it does not work. Product price for user group is not used after login. Shop use group discount and not group price.

In my case group price is set for attribute!!!!

Example:

User Group A gets 10% discount after login.
Discount works for ALL products. This is correct.

There is one product which does not get 10% discount. So I set 500 € for all groups as fix group price. This does not work. See Screenshot.

Hello Admin, after updating to new Joomla Version the function does not work any more.

Group Discount works for all products.
Product Price for group does not work in combination with fix group discount.

As soon as I enter something in attribute text, the price changes and the group discount is set. The fixed product price for the group is overwritten as soon as you enter a value for the Free Attribute (text). This function is really important for us. But it doesn't work with the latest Joomla version anymore.

The following versions are installed -> Local Installation (localhost, testsystem)
Product price User group 2.3.1
Joomla! 3.9.5
PHP Version 7.3.1-1

It would be great if you could fix this as soon as possible.

This product has a fixed group price of 500 Euro net and a free text attribute. No further group discounts may be used. After login with group price (10%) the price is directly changed here in main view. This is not correct.

When you click on "buy" the product details are displayed. Now the price changes to 500 Euro. This is correct. No further discounts are given.

The free text attribute in the frontend is a mandatory field. During the last test the price changed as soon as something was entered in the attribute.
Today the price remains correct. Something is not correct. The product overview still shows the wrong price. I can't understand the problem.

As soon as the product is added to the shopping cart, the price changes again. The discount is given after all. This is wrong.

In my tests everything was fine until a Joomla update was done.

Any idea?
