User Group - Available Countries

Hallo Joomshopping-Team,

für den Verkauf in unterschiedliche Länder suchen wir eine passende Funktion für Joomshopping.
Standardmäßig sollen nicht angemeldete Benutzer nur bestimmte Länder bei der Rechnungsadresse auswählen können. Ist man allerdings eingeloggt, so sollen auch andere Länder zur Auswahl stehen. Gibt es eine solche Funktion? Mit dem Addon "UserGroup to Country" ist das scheinbar nicht so möglich. Das haben wir gekauft, aber es funktioniert nicht so. Oder habe ich hier etwas übersehen?

Beispiel - Standardkauf:
Kunde, ohne Registierung und ohne Login, kauft ein.
Als Land bei der Rechnungsadresse kann er Deutschland, Österreich und Schweiz wählen.
Andere Länder stehen nicht zur Verfügung.

Beispiel - Kauf nach Login:
Partner, mit Registrierung und mit Login, kauft ein.
Als Land bei der Rechnungsadresse kann er Deutschland, Dänemark, Italien wählen.
Andere Länder stehen nicht zur Verfügung.

Ist eine solche Funktion verfügbar bzw. umsetzbar?

Hello Joomshopping team,

for sales in different countries we are looking for a suitable function for Joomshopping.
By default, unregistered users should only be able to select certain countries for the billing address. If you log in before the purchase, other countries should also be available for selection. Is there such a function? With the addon "UserGroup to Country" this is not possible. We bought that, but it doesn't work that way. Or did I miss something here?

Example - Standard purchase:
Customer, without registration and without login, buys.
He can choose Germany, Austria and Switzerland as the country for the billing address.
Other countries are not available.

Example - purchase after login:
Partner, with registration and login, buys.
He can choose Germany, Denmark, Italy as the country for the billing address.

When testing the addon, all countries are always displayed. The settings of the groups are not applied after the login. Am I doing something wrong?

I have created a group "Test" and assigned 5 countries here. However, all activated countries are displayed. Not only the 5 of the group. Do you have any idea what I am doing wrong?

Hallo Andrea,

ich glaube mal gesehen zu haben, das dein Shop in Deutschland ansässig ist...
Bitte beachte das ab dem 3.12.2018 musst du jedem EU Bürger die Möglichkeit geben in deinem Shop sich zu registrieren und etwas zu bestellen... Versenden musst du allerdings nicht in jedes EU Land...

WICHTIG... bei dem was du da vor hast solltest du das Gesetz beachten was ab dem 3.12, in Kraft tritt.
100% klar ist der Punkt ob das auch für B2B gilt allerdings noch nicht.

Addon appoints user to group, depending on the country.

Example:
after registration user DE -> user group Silver
after registration user GB -> user group Gold

A new EU regulation will come into force in December. I have a question about that: Can the following function be implemented?

Type = Private customer = Country selection: Germany, Austria, Switzerland
Type = corporate customer = country selection: All EU countries

Ab Dezember tritt eine neue EU-Verordnung ein. Hierzu habe ich eine Frage: Kann die folgende Funktion umgesetzt werden?

Typ = Privatkunde = Länderauswahl: Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz
Typ = Firmenkunde = Länderauswahl: Alle EU-Länder

ich glaube du hast da was falsch verstanden...

ab dem 3.12. musst du allen aus der EU die Möglichkeit geben in deinem Shop was zu kaufen! Du musst jedoch nicht in jedes EU Land liefern.
Dies gilt erstmal für beide Bereiche B2B & B2C... so sagen es versch. Rechtsportale... Bei B2B, wird empfohlen dies erstmal so umzusetzen bis die Rechtssprechung was anderes sagt.

Ich kann dir nur Empfehlen, hole dir einen Partner an die Seite der verlässliche Informationen liefert, wie z.B. die IT-Recht-Kanzlei... das sollte einem schon 10 Euro im Monat wert sein. Ein Abmahnung ist weit aus teurer!!! https://www.it-recht-kanzlei.de/agb-starterpaket.php?partner_id=459

Great Function! Thank you very much. I just bought the addon and I'm testing it.

But there is a problem:
The countries are displayed correctly for guests and groups. However, after selecting the country (for groups after login) you can't go any further in the shop. The shop indicates that no country has been selected.

The following settings are in the test system:
Guests: All published countries selected except one. Countries are displayed correctly.

Group: Only one country available.
Country is displayed correctly.

Guest and Groups: But you don't get to the next step after entering the invoice address.
Shop marks country as not selected.

Shop info: There is only billing address. We do not need a delivery address, because billing address = delivery address.

What am I doing wrong? Is this a bug in the addon?
