DHL Order Export

Hey
I jsut bought DHL order export and generated a few exports.
Questions:
DHL Order Export

As you can see, the international receivers have no street address and no housenumber.
The German receiver has the same value in housenumber and in street.

How is the product weight determined? It seems random, and it is something I would like to determine myself.
In the screenshot, it's all the same product with the same weight. Is it taken from the product weight? if so, is there a way to change all the weights? I used not the real weights to setup the delivery costs....

How are the sender fields filled? I get:

DHL Order Export

So the street has the Housenumber and the housenumber is missing the F after the 6. Also the sender second name should be the company name.

How can I fix this?

If we get this to work, it will be a great help.
Thanks
Rolf

Thanks
Why are there no adresses in the export file of the receiver if it's not bug?
Also, why is the vendor name listed twice?
And the receiver name as well?
See attached file...

I know, but this is not what this means...
It's just two lines for the sender name...if you have a company, you can fill both:

name1: Hans Webdesigner
name 2: Joomshopping
Random Street
11111 Random Town
Random Country

But if you only have a name and no company you would not write:
name1: Hans Webdesigner
name 2: Hans Webdesigner
Random Street
11111 Random Town
Random Country

If you have a company, which you can assume everybody who uses Joomshopping has, then you fill name2 with the company.I have attached the official DHL file that you can download here:
https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/pakete-versenden/online-frankieren.html?type=ShoppingCartImport
which clearly shows that the name2 is filled with the company.

The same applies to the receiver's name, it should not show up twice if it is the same name!

Any news about the receivers addresses that are missing?
Thanks
Rolf

Thanks!
Sender looks good now.
The receiver name is doubled (one comes from the billing address and one comes from the delivery address. We only need the delivery address. Also still no receiver street and number in international orders, weight in USA order is too high and the receiver street and receiver name is doubled in German orders:

-The receiver name is doubled

It's not a mistake.
Perhaps there is an error if there is empty.

Upload file for DHL (test).

If necessary we will correct.

Hey

These are still missing in the first two lines.
Also, in the file I have sent you, the receiver name is NOT doubled. In the documentation in the file I sent you it clearly says optional. Please check the file I have uploaded.
And, also, the house number is filled with the street in the German address (Zeilstraße 18A)

Aw: DHL Order Export

Red circle: Missing address data
Blue circle: Doubled street. Housenumber should go in the second one, street in the first cell
Red arrow: Weight is wrong, it's all the same parcel.
Green circle: receiver name 2 is optional, it could contain the company of the receiver or c/o name.

Thanks
Rolf

- SEE YOUR ORDER INFO

1. Street nr (problem in format street / nr)
Format example:
Street, 10A
Street 10A

2. Weight:
order weight - 15.8 KG = PAK31 (10-31 kg)

----
DHL order export 1.0.4

*(send screenshot file csv and Order user info)

Great, thanks
Sorry about the double street name in the receivers email, I didn't expect that.
Also, looks like I need to change all my weights, since so far, these are not the real weights, but made for postal calculations.
Any chance to be able to configure wich fields are filled? Email address would be nice, too...;-)
Thanks
Rolf

Last row in the example file has the email address of the receiver. This would be the email adress of the customer.

A nice to have:
Before exporting: Configure which fields are filled.
Thanks
Rolf
