Keine E-Mail nach Bestellung an Admin / No email to admin after purchase

Hallo an alle,

habe folgendes Problem (und im Forum keine Lösung gefunden...):

Nach abgeschlossener Bestellung wird keine E-Mail an den Shop-Admin verschickt. Die Bestätigung an den Besteller hingegen sofort und anstandslos.

Also scheint der php-mailer ja grundsätzlich zu funktionieren, oder? Shop-Admin E-Mail-Adresse ist im joomshopping Backend eingetragen.

Hello everbody,

after a finished purchase no email is being sent to the admin-email. The emails to the customer are perfect and are being sent imediatly.

So the php-mailer seems to work properly, or am I wrong?

Admin-email is set in the joomshopping backend.

thank you for your answer! Could you give me another hint, what to check (or to change) in the Joomla mail config?

'Cause mail to customer works fine!

Change from php to smtp?

I've tried that already out. It makes no difference. Any other ideas? What I don't understand is, that the mail to customer works perfect, but not the admin mail. What makes the difference?
