SumUp not showing after checkout

Hey
I bought the SumUp extension, installed it, got the OAuth App at SumUp added the two keys, all is looking well, I published the payment method, but it doesn't show up after I choose it at checkout. I cleared all caches, still no chance.
What am I missing?

Is there an option to display the form in German and English? My page is both in German and English, so it would be good to have both languages.

Also, I get

when trying a payment. It works, but when it redirects to 3D Mastercard confirmation, this happened the first time, no problem the second time.
And, is there something like a transaction ID that could go onto the invoice?

Yes, my website.
I have switched it off for now.
Can't reproduce it, it only happened the first time.
It's the normal SumUp Account, not testing, real one.

Hey
the error came after I had entered the credit card details and hit "Pay now", but it never came back in further testing (Maybe it was on their end?)
I have now:
Attached the payment log files.
Also, I have set up a test environment for testing. Unfortunately, the payments don't go through there, unless it is because I am in testing mode.
Will send credentials.

I activated SumUp now on the live site.
I have four payment methods, is there a way to make one of them the default? The one that gets the selected radio button automatically? Or is it always the first one?

Would it be possible to get the transaction_code: for example: TAAAUAMSCAB on the invoice? Just like you did for Stripe?
I guess this would help a lot. The prompt should be
Transaction-id: followed by the transaction code, in this case it would be:
Transaction-id: TAAAUAMSCAB

I hope this would make automatic book keeping a lot easier.

It might be better to search in the list of orders.

Invoice document for the bank.
And not always there is a transaction when the Invoice is generated

1 order can have many transactions.

I use a software for all my bookkeeping.
It automatically matches payments and invoices.
So the invoice is uploaded and the transactions. If it’s a credit card transaction, both the transaction and the invoice contain the transaction ID and the match is unique.
As I said you have done this for Stripe as well and it works perfectly. No more manual matching.
Now that I also use SumUp, it would be handy to have it here as well.

Since the order number is on the invoice and also comes with the SumUp export, this should work...in theory. I have enquired with the book keeping software people, so maybe we don't need the transaction ID on the invoice. I will keep you posted.

I have spoken to the support people at the accounting software and they would need the
transaction_code: TAAAUKTPU4A on the invoice.
The prompt should be "payment_reference".
In the example above it should read:
payment_reference: TAAAUKTPU4A
on the invoice.

Would that be possible?
