Combined Shipping has stopped working

I discovered that my combined postage function stopped working a while ago. It was all working OK before then.

I found a similar post on the forum and they have a JQuery file missing - how do I find this file?

Unlikely to be a bug as it was working OK and I can't recall adding or changing anything.

What are the correct settings to activate combined shipping? Checkboxes, plugins etc.

These are my price by weight settings.


If you add 3 items and ship by royalmail it should pick up a different shipping cost other than £3.25
