transaction costs for paypal

Hi,

I installed the advanced paypal add-on and it's working now but the transaction costs of paypal is incredibly high
I tested to buy something for € 0,50 and paypal charged € 0,37. that's 74% transaction cost :(

do i have some configuration faults made here?
