Here's what we managed to find out during testing:

1. If you create a user in the Joomshopping admin panel - clients, and the user there looks like "Activated" and in the Joomla admin panel itself - users, he is also "Activated". Now, if you log in and buy under this user, then this error occurs at the last step, as can be seen in the screenshot of post #1.

2. If you create a user through Joomla users, he is also "Activated" and log in and buy something under this user, then there are no problems at step 5, the error does not occur.

3. If the user registers through the site on the front-end, and buys, then there are no errors either. Checked 3 times.

My suspicions:

1. In the settings of Joomla-users, "Activation by yourself" is selected for registration, which means that if the user registers through the site, then a link to activate the account is sent to the mail. By clicking on the link in the email, it becomes active, and there are no problems with purchases.

2. If you add a user through Joomla users, he also becomes active and there are no problems with purchases.

3. If you add a user through Joomshopping clients, then he is also "Active" in the admin panel, but I suspect that in fact he is not activated and this causes problems when buying.

Can it be?

I tried to register the user through Joomshopping clients, the default group (there is no such grappa in Joomla), so I created the "Registered" group and added 2 users, one to the "Default" group, the second to the "Registered" group, alternately logged in to the site, and bought the product, in both cases "Error 101", although after this error, there are 2 orders from these users in the admin panel. But if you open orders and try to "Send a letter", then the same error 101 comes out. If you add a new user through the Joomla admin panel, then when buying or "sending a letter" to him works without problems.
