There was a problem on some mobile devices and laptops. A problem has been confirmed on Apple iPhone 8. When placing an order on one of the smartphones in this series, the order confirmation page is blocked from moving to step 3: Shipping method, and inactive are displayed: "Select a country", "Select a correct billing address". As a result, the possibility to confirm the order is blocked. And you can’t choose a country and miss this moment, too. On another similar smartphone - the order goes through without problems. In the store settings and in the order options, the default country is "Ukraine". The question is whether it is possible to find out why on some smartphones of the same brand it is possible to place an order and there are no problems, while on others the order cannot be confirmed. How to fix it? Is it possible to delete the list of countries altogether and where is it done correctly?

Yes, but a long time ago, a few years ago. And the problem is not just in iPhone 8. Everything works on another similar smartphone. But the problem has already arisen for two users who are not connected to each other. Perhaps some of the phone's application updates are interrupting, some settings? How can you decide that the order will be completed as a result?
