Hi, there is a payment addon from vivawallet https://developer.vivawallet.com/e-commerce-plugins/joomshopping/ in the last step when select to "confirm order" there is not any order. (order not found). I know that this is not your addon but is there any idea about it?

You need to see the log file. After paid your redirect to shop?

After Order Confirm (Step 1) it redirects to Step 2 for 1 second and then redirects to error page (Step 3). Note that in Step 3 in the URL seems that something is missing (see red arrow) (?Ref= ?????) Note 1: Also in /public_html/emagazi/components/com_jshopping/log/ the files error.log and payment.log are 0 size (empty) It seems that the addon is not giving ay purchacing details to Vivapayment. Right?

Sorry... EVERYTHING is working OK. The problem was from VIVAWALLET. They give DEMO access but the demo access IS NOT working. !!!!! (Such a company) Thank you for reply |
