We have now bought the Paypal Express interface because of the many aborts - after successful pay - in the standard Paypal interface.
now we have the same problem here
Customer pays successfully - money is also on the PayPal account and status is successful
but very often we get an immediate cancellation of the order in the shop
Paypal says: the error must be in the shop system ?
it is really annoying because every time the customer thinks his order has been canceled although everything would be fine
What can we do?
