Guten Morgen Frank,

Verstehe ich das Joomshopping Addons: Filter country from usergroup so, dass Kunden aus bestimmten EU-Ländern regulär bestellen können (so wie es die neue Verordnung will), mit dem Versandhinweis:

„Abholung ab Lager XY versandkostenfrei“

- mit einem zusätzlichen Hinweis:

„Ein direkter Versand in die Länder XY ist nicht möglich - Sie können Ihre Bestellung gerne in ein anderes EU-Land liefern lassen oder eine Abholung veranlassen.“

Danke vorab für deine geschätzte Antwort.

genau das wäre auch mein Wunsch... Aber leider tut es das noch nicht!
Ich werde einen weiteren Versuch starten das dem Admin bei zu bringen... hier fehlt leider das Verständnis für die EU Anforderung.

also in Geduld üben. Trotzdem wieder ein Husarenstück dieser EU-Bürokraten, finanziert aus Steuermitteln.

Über denkbare Umstände in der Außenwirkung eines Shops mag man gar nicht nachdenken. Jemand aus einem XY-Land, das man eigentlich direkt nicht beliefern will, bestellt einen Artikel, wohnt aber in einem östlichen gelegenen EU-Staates (so etwa 1200 km entfent) und soll seine Bestellung beim Versender abholen. Was für eine Posse.

Wie vorerwähnt erwähnt, in Geduld üben.

From my point of view, there are three different scenarios
1. ordering countries and supplier countries are identical -> No adjustment necessary

2. ordering countries and supplier countries are different
a. Collection by the customer is offered
Here further changes are necessary, because here the order mail would say that the goods will be picked up, but the point shipping address would be the customer's, which is not correct for a self collection.

b. Pickup by the customer is not possible, shipping only to selected countries
the customer names a country, which is not supplied, as billing address, he may not get beyond step2, here must come with click on "further" a popup with the info that his country is not supplied. He can then alternatively enter a different delivery address or must cancel the purchase.
It would also be an advantage if there were a link to the shipping conditions in the popup (but this is only a wish, not a must).
