Barclaycard epdq not returning orders

Hi I've got a problem with the Barclaycard epdq plugin.

You got the plugin working in test mode and it was fine.

I copied all the settings you made to the live account and the live account is not returning the orders to the system so orders are not being emailed out.

I've checked the settings on both test and live to make sure they are identical and I can't see a problem.

Any ideas please?

it seems that the paymentdata.log has only recorded to 19-04-2016 - there are no records after that.

The ftp login I pm'd a couple of weeks ago is still active if you wish to take a look yourself.
