Exclusive shipping option for digital products (only download)

Hi,

in my shop i try to sell real goods (shirts for example) and i try to sell digital goods.
My Problem is i don't find any option to exclude "Standard Shipping" when selling digital goods via download. On the other side i can't find any option to exclude "Download" when selling real goods via shipping.

I created both shipping options but can't define them only for one product. Only for Countries.

Is there something i don't see?
